Short description:
The SpinCube BASE is a digitally controlled electrospinning device designed for producing nanoscale structures with various morphologies – such as randomly oriented, unidirectionally aligned, or core–shell nanofibers – as well as spherical nanoparticles. Its design ensures safe operation without dead volume. Thanks to its modular system, it supports the processing of a wide range of polymer solutions and enables the development of diverse product properties. The device allows continuous monitoring of humidity and temperature, and by recording environmental data, it provides the possibility for post-process evaluation of fiber formation. Through the SpinStudio software, real-time camera monitoring of the spinning process is available, along with computer-based remote control of input parameters.
